Description:
Environmental consulting firm needs Business Operations Manager! 

The Business Operations Manager will ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership and management in areas of Financial Management and Planning, Human Resources, Risk, and Office Operations. An underlying objective of the manager will be to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies to support healthy growth of the company in accordance with the business plan. The position works directly under the CEO, with limited additional support staff.

Requirements:
Must have Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with ample experience in business and operations management.  Experience in management in applicable fields. Extensive experience and proficiency in business related software, including the Microsoft Office Suite. 

$60,000-$80,000/yr (full time schedule; paid at hourly rate), depending on qualifications, plus benefits.

Position:
HR MANAGER – OD AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Description:

In this direct hire role as the HR Manager, you will work with division senior management to identify areas of improvement, assess the resources required and track the progress of initiatives to support the company’s short and long-term business objectives. The Human Resources Manager will also develop and lead divisional recruitment programs, performance management, training and development and workforce planning.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 7+ years of Human Resources management experience, extensive experience in Organizational Development, Performance management, training program development & delivery, and workforce planning to include producing and implementing an effective, company-wide recruitment strategy and program. This position also requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and productively with varying levels of management staff. Must be initially available for extensive travel.

Position:

CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Description:
San Francisco branch of a premier Northern California utilities company is seeking individuals with strong contracts experience. Contract Specialist will work closely with Supervisor to review and draft low-to-medium level complexity agreements. Candidate will also provide contract administrative support, contract management and reporting. This position requires input and analysis by identifying new opportunities for standardization and offer recommendations based on current safety reviews. Additional tasks and special projects will be delegated upon request.

Requirements:
BA or BS Degree (MA or JD preferred) with 2-4 years experience in contracts drafting. Superior written and verbal communications skills with the ability to address issues, educate, influence, and present complex information with ease and clarity to management. Ability to analyze, understand and communicate information accurately, as well as an ability to work well within team environments. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a must. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification and Project management certification desired.

This position is responsible for defining, managing and raising global awareness of the company brand. Ideal candidate will also possess a proven ability to work effectively in creative team environments, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively. Experience leading corporate brand and identity marketing required, PR and/or advertising experience highly preferred.
