Position:
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

The Human Resources Coordinator helps to manage the day-to-day activities and projects of the HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working in an office environment with exposure to at least one aspect of Human Resources, i.e., Employee Relations, Recruiting, Benefits. Experience working with policies and reports is extremely helpful. In addition, this individual will have the capacity to interact with top management, help with schedules, meetings, organizational events, and work to resolve both routine and complex inquiries.

Reports directly to the HR Business Partners, the HR Coordinator supports the HR team, with an HR Generalist perspective, covering a range of projects, including, but not limited to, Performance Reviews, Business Partner support, HR Policies and Programs, Recruiting, and Benefits/Compensation.

Requirements:
Stable work history is critical to this client. Writing skills in the form of a well-written cover letter is also important for consideration.

2 years working in an office environment with exposure to at least one aspect of Human Resources

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Profieciency in the Microsoft Office Suite

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR - COMPETITIVE SALARY!!!

San Francisco "recession proof" company seeks a Benefits Administrator reporting to the Benefits Manager who will provide administrative support for the benefits team. Duties to include the administration of Health & Wellness benefits, Retirement plans and maintenance of HR files and database systems.  

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and 3+ years of HR related experience. Must have an excellent understanding of all federal and labor laws regarding benefits, including FMLA regulations. Must have excellent writing skills and advanced proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in Spanish a big plus!

HR MANAGER – OD AND PERFORMANCE MANAGER

This position also requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact effectively and productively with varying levels of management staff. Must be initially available for extensive travel.
