Position: The Human Resources Coordinator helps to manage the day-to-day activities and projects of the HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working in an office environment with exposure to at least one aspect of Human Resources, i.e., Employee Relations, Recruiting, Benefits. Experience working with policies and reports is extremely helpful. In addition, this individual will have the capacity to interact with top management, help with schedules, meetings, organizational events, and work to resolve both routine and complex inquiries. Reports directly to the HR Business Partners, the HR Coordinator supports the HR team, with an HR Generalist perspective, covering a range of projects, including, but not limited to, Performance Reviews, Business Partner support, HR Policies and Programs, Recruiting, and Benefits/Compensation. Must have an excellent understanding of all federal and labor laws regarding benefits, including FMLA regulations.
