Description:
This fast-growing San Francisco Bay Area high tech company is looking for a motivated, self-starter to joining the finance team as an Accounting Assistant. Responsibilities include processing of employee expense reports/reimbursements and credit card transactions, reconciliation of vendor statements, filing of sales and property taxes and assisting with A/R and A/P.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum of two years of accounting experience to include handling expense reports, knowledge of chart of accounts, and tax filings. Must have proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment - with a sense of humor! Knowledge of Great Plains a definite plus. Must be proficient with MS Word and Excel. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
