ESTIMATOR
Description:
Develop cost estimates and budgeting services for complete bids, aid clients in defining project scope and costs, and help lead team to accomplish the company’s gross margin goals.
Requirements:
College degree preferred; experience in construction can be substituted for education. Greater San Francisco Bay Area flexibility desired.
Construction field knowledge, some accounting background, familiarity with business laws and contract administration.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Timberline, Prolog, etc. Excellent math skills also required.
